Rémunérations
La communication de la société sur le bonus attribué à son PDG fait partie des meilleures du SBF120, et nous l’en félicitons, puisqu’elle permet une compréhension parfaite des montants attribués. Par ailleurs, on appréciera que la majeure partie de la rémunération variable soit de long-terme. On regrettera que la société ne communique pas l’objectif d’EBIT cumulé à atteindre pour la rémunération long-terme.
Concernant la politique de rémunération pour l’exercice 2019/2020, la société propose une augmentation de 3% du fixe du PDG et l’ajout d’un critère RSE (protection des joueurs (lutte contre la toxicité dans les communautés de joueurs et protection des données personnelles)). L’augmentation du fixe a pour effet d’augmenter tous les montants en jeu ; cependant, ceux-ci restent acceptables. Par ailleurs, l’ajout d’un critère RSE tel préconisé par le Code AFEP/MEDEF, est plutôt positif, d’autant que celui-ci semble particulièrement adapté au secteur.
