Item 8: We recommend to oppose the election of Dr. Günther (8.2), Prof. Dr. Maubach (8.3), as well as Ms. Sormunen (8.4) and Ms. Tuomela (8.5) due to concerns over aggregate time commitments and/or a lack of independent representation on the Supervisory Board.
