Item 6: The shareholder Cornwall (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., a subsidiary of Elliott Management Corporation, has requested that a further item be added to the agenda of the AGM: Resolution on the appointment of a special auditor. We consider the appointment of a special auditor at this point in time as too early and not in the interests of shareholders. We therefore recommend shareholders to oppose the request for appointment of a special auditor.
