Tout d’abord, Proxinvest regrette le manque de transparence concernant les rémunérations tant bien les rémunérations attribuées au titre de l’exercice ou les politiques de rémunérations. De ce fait Proxinvest recommande de s’opposer aux résolutions 10, 11, 13, 14 et 18.
En raison d’un faible taux d’indépendance du conseil, nous recommandons l’opposition pour le renouvellement de Solène Madelpuech (résolution 5).
