De la conference call de Rdos. 1S’22 destacamos los siguientes puntos: Evolución del negocio de Construcción (7% del EBITDA): Para los próximos años esperan crecimientos de +5% - +8% (vs +2% BS(e)) con márgenes EBITDA de 4,5% - 4,7% (en línea con nuestra estimación). En cuanto al impacto de la inflación comentan que ~60% de su cartera de construcción está protegida contra incrementos de precio de los materiales (via algún tipo de passthrough) y que para el resto están tratando de aprovecharse de legislaciones específicas, en algunos países, que regulan esta cuestión. De hecho, aseguran que en el último mes y medio aprecian cierta deflación en los suministros.
