Bayer is a life sciences group based in Germany. Co.'s operations are organized along three divisions: Pharmaceuticals (engaged in prescription pharmaceuticals for cardiology and women's healthcare); Consumer Health (engaged in non-prescription products in dermatology, dietary supplement, analgesic, gastrointestinal, allergy, cold and flu, foot care, sun protection and cardiovascular risk prevention categories); and CropScience (engaged in the development of seeds and plant traits; crop protection; and for gardens, the green industry and non-agricultural pest control). L'Oreal acts as a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. plays a strategic coordination role and scientific, industrial and marketing coordination role on a global basis. Co. develops, manufactures and commercializes products for Skin care, Hair care, Make-up, Perfumes, Toiletries and deodorants, and Oral cosmetics. Co. has three branches: Cosmetics, Body shop and Dermatology. Co.'s principal activities comprise four divisions: Professional Products, Consumer Products, L'Oreal Luxe and Active Cosmetics. The Body Shop branch offers various cosmetics and toiletry products. The Dermatology branch offers topical dermatology prescription, and corrective and aesthetic dermatology.

Siemens is a technology company. Co.'s Energy sector provides a range of products, solutions and services for generating and transmitting power. The Healthcare sector provides customers a range of medical solutions across the treatment chain. The Industry sector supplies products and solutions for industrial companies, primarily in the process and manufacturing industries. The Infrastructure & Cities sector provides a range of technologies that accelerates the capabilities of metropolitan centers and urban infrastructures. The Investments segment is comprised of Co.'s equity stakes in other companies. The Financial Services segment provides business-to-business financial solutions.

Societe Generale is a universal banking and financial services group based in France. Co. is engaged in operations in areas such as retail banking, corporate and investment banking, financial services, insurance, private banking and asset management. Co.'s three segments are: French Retail Banking (FRB); International Retail Banking & Financial Services (IBFS); and Global Banking and Investor Solutions (GBIS). FRB offers products and services to individual, professional and business customers; IBFS comprises banking networks and consumer finance activities; and GBIS covers global activities of Corporate and Investment Banking. Co. maintains operations across 76 countries globally.

Vinci is engaged in building, civil engineering and facilities management. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in five divisions comprising of: the Building division which provides retail solutions including construction and fit-out in both the retail and commercial sectors; the Civil Engineering division; the Air division which provides program management, engineering and construction services to customers with airport infrastructure requirements; the Technology division; and the VINCI Facilities division which provides facilities management, repair and maintenance and small works in both the private and public sectors.
