NATURGY: IFM CUTS BID PRICE FOR NGTY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT DIVIDENDS (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)

IFM has communicated it has cut its bid price for NTGY after discounting the dividend payment. As a result, after discounting from the original price (€ 23.00/sh.), both the € 0.63/sh. dividend paid by NTGY on 17/03/21 and the € 0.30/sh. dividend to be paid by NTGY on 4/08/21, the bid price will stand at € 22.07/sh.
