Highlights from the Conference call on the Geminis project:
 The Geminis Project is step forward in the company’s transformation process initiated in 2018.
 The company reiterates the rationale behind the deal: Simplicity to reduce the execution risk and the creation of value in the long term for investors and shareholders. This is not a plan to improve efficiency. The new structure would reduce regulatory concerns as regards the unbundling of some assets. In principle, no cross-shareholdings between them are being considered.
