MARKET COMMENT - CHINA POWER WOES, GERMAN ELECTION, CENTRAL BANKS IN FOCUSMost markets edged slightly down on Friday, though catalysts were few. The RTS slipped 0.3% to 1,748. Despite concerns over Chinese power outages, the global and Russian backdrops look positive this morning, with RTS futures for instance up 0.4%.
