MARKET COMMENT - DASKA AND KUWAIT PASS HURDLES, WHILE ARGENTINA'S FATE REMAINS UNCLEARThe RTS yesterday edged up 0.1% to 1,523 points. The ruble edged down 0.1-0.2% between the Tuesday and Wednesday Moscow closes, and another 0.1-0.2% later in the evening to USD/RUB 62.67. The day's biggest news was the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee passing an amended version of DASKA, news of which hit wires just before the Moscow close.
