ANK Bashneft' PAO, formerly ANK Bashneft' OAO is a Russia-based company, which is active within the oil and gas industry. Its principal activities include the extraction, exploration and production of crude oil and oil products. The Company operates through a number of branches and subsidiaries, including network of gas filling stations. In addition, it operates various fields, such as Yangareiskoe and Sabriyaginskoe located in the Nenetsk regions. ANK Bashneft' OAO sells its products on the domestic market, as well as abroad. In July 2013, it completed the consolidation of petrochemical assets within United Petrochemical Company (UPC). In December 2013, it acquired LLC Bashneftegazrazvedka. In February 2014, it consolidated 100 % in Bashneft Trading AG. In March 2014, it acquired LLC Burneftegaz. In August 2014, the Company acquired OPTAN network of filling stations.

PJSC Gazprom is a gas company based in Russia. Co.'s principal activity is the sale of gas. Co. is also involved in other types of activities which include leasing of assets, gas transportation and storage services, sale of gas condensate and refined products. Co. and its subsidiaries and associates operates gas pipelines systems in Russia. Co.'s stores follow two formats: hypermarkets and supermarkets. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had two segments: Phosphate-based products, which includes mainly production and distribution of ammophos, diammoniumphosphate, sodium tripoly phosphate and other phosphate based and complex (NPK) fertilisers on the factories located in Cherepovets, Balakovo and Volkhov, and production and distribution of apatite concentrate extracted from the apatite-nepheline ore, which is mined and processed in Kirovsk; and Nitrogen-based products,which includes mainly production and distribution of ammonia, ammonium nitrate and urea on the factory located in Cherepovets.

Rostelecom PJSC provides communication services (including local, intra-zone, long-distance domestic and international fixed-line telephone services, mobile services), data transmission, Internet, Pay TV, VPN and data centers services, rent of communication channels and radio communication services in the territory of Russian Federation. Co. operates the main intercity network and the international telecommunications gateways of the Russian Federation, carrying voice and data traffic that originates in its own network and other national and international operators' networks to other national and international operators for termination.
