MARKET COMMENT - RUSSIA WAS WEAKEST EM YESTERDAY ON CONCERNS OVER UKRAINEThe MSCI EM edged up 0.6% and MSCI World 0.1% yesterday, as most markets saw moderate gains amid no new global catalysts. Russia was the weakest EM, the RTS falling 2.1%.
