MARKET COMMENT - MACRON CALLS OUT NATO, APAC MARKETS CONTINUE TO STRUGGLEAn expectedly quiet day for markets saw the MSCI EM creep 0.2% lower, while the MSCI Europe shrank 0.1% and the US was closed. The RTS edged down 0.1% to 1,439. French President Emmanuel Macron made a series of remarks critical of NATO and EU policy toward Russia, among other matters. APAC markets continue to struggle this morning on US-China worries, as well as weak Japanese and Korean data.
