CIS EUROBOND MARKETAn improved external backdrop helped Russian sovereign Eurobonds to advance yesterday after two days of losses. The issues maturing in 2042-47 added 1.0-1.5 pp, while medium-dated papers rose 0.3-0.6 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was largely inactive yesterday morning, but it sparked into life in the afternoon following strong results at the first auction. Yields closed 9-20 bps lower along the curve.
