CIS EUROBOND MARKETGlobal markets were in risk-off mode for most of yesterday's session, which translated into losses for Russian sovereign Eurobond quotes. The Russia 43 and 47 underperformed, giving up 0.7 pp and 0.9 pp respectively, while the Russia 28 also lost 0.9 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market continued to correct yesterday in the wake of last Friday's CBR meeting and the weak outcome to the bank's repo auctions. Global risk appetite was also waning, which brought further pressure to bear. Yields closed 7-14 bps higher.
