CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereigns continued to drop yesterday. Underperforming the market was the Russia 42, which dropped 0.2 pp to 102.4% (YTM 5.4%, Z-spread 238 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe Finance Ministry yesterday fully placed R15 bln in the 7y OFZ 26223 (February 2024, 6.50%) at a 2-3 bp premium to the secondary market but just R11.6 bln out of a planned R15 bln in the 10y OFZ 26224 (May 2029, 6.9%) at a premium of about 8 bps. The issues were oversubscribed by 2.1 and 1.2 times, respectively.
