CIS EUROBOND MARKETYesterday, Russian sovereign Eurobonds managed to pare in what in some cases were double-digit percentage-point price declines from Wednesday when there were no buyers to be found. The Russia 47 added 3.5 pp on the day, followed by the Russia 29 (up 2.3 pp). GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, OFZ yields were falling right from the get-go thanks to rather healthy demand from bigger local players, while other market participants were both buying and selling in about equal measure. Yields finished the day 10-20 bps lower in the belly and 20-30 bps lower further out on the curve.
