MARKET COMMENT - RENEWED GAINS OUTSIDE EUROPE AS THE DOLLAR FELLThe MSCI ACWI gained 0.6% and the RTS 1.3%, the latter finishing just below 1,275 points. A resumed fall in the dollar was the day's main focus, while Europe was the only market region to see a net decline in stock prices.
