MARKET COMMENT - US, GLOBAL AND RUSSIA INDEXES BREAKING MULTIYEAR RECORDS AS CENTRAL BANKS IN FOCUSWhile the highest US inflation since 2009 gave mixed impressions, markets appeared to largely favor the Fed's view that these pressures are transitory. Major stock indexes reached or nearly reached multiyear highs, for instance the MSCI ACWI gaining 0.4% and the RTS another 0.2% to reach 1,677.
