MARKET COMMENT - OIL SOARS ON US/IRAN NEWS; WEAK SHANGHAI AND CENTRAL BANKS IN FOCUSThe RTS was tightly range-bound on Friday and ultimately slipped 0.1% to 1,261. Volumes were expectedly well below average, while most major global markets were closed. Brent has climbed more than 2% on news that the US would end waivers allowing purchases of Iranian oil. Chinese markets and S&P 500 futures look negative for global sentiment, which combine with the oil spike to leave a mixed outlook for the Russian market this morning.
