CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe return of local investors after the Russian holiday helped Russian sovereign Eurobonds to recover yesterday from Monday's sharp decline in US Treasury yields, which lost more than 10 bps. Long-dated paper again fared the best, the Russia 47 rising 0.9 pp and the Russia 43 gaining 0.8 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed 5-6 bps yesterday in the segment up to 5y and 8-10 bps further along the curve amid the deterioration in global risk appetite. Nonresident selling prevailed in the morning, while flows were more balanced between locals and nonresidents in the afternoon.
