CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes again moved higher. At the short end, the buying was dominated by local accounts, with the Russia 20 the focus of activity. At the long end, demand from Asian accounts predominated. The Russia 47 (+0.2 pp) fared the best over the session.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields declined mildly over yesterday's session on fairly modest turnover. However, a rally emerged in the evening after Konstantin Vyshkovsky, the head of the Finance Ministry's government debt department, said that the ministry could revert to volume limits in light of being ahead of schedule in its borrowing plan for this year. Yields ended 5 bps lower in the middle of the curve and 6-7 bps lower at the long end.
