CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes moved higher amid a sharp drop in US Treasury yields. The biggest gains were seen at the long end. The Russia 47 grew by 1.1 pp while the Russia 42 and 43 rose 0.4 pp. The Russia 42 was also the most actively traded.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market remained fairly muted, with local investors predominant. Yields eased 3-4 bps in the middle of the curve and closed largely flat in issues maturing in longer than 6y.
