CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds continued to correct yesterday, with the biggest losses registered in the Russia 47 (down 0.5 pp) and Russia 43 (down 0.3 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTFollowing a long weekend, the OFZ market started the week yesterday with yields shifting 4-8 bps higher on short-dated paper and 3-4 bps higher elsewhere along the curve. Investors appear to be expecting the Finance Ministry to have to offer a significant premium for new issues given that starting with this auction demand will be restrained by the fact that US investors will not be able to purchase OFZs from the primary market. Trading volumes on the Moscow Exchange totaled R19 bln yesterday, which is roughly in line with the average of the past month.
