CIS EUROBOND MARKETYesterday, Russian sovereign Eurobonds made gains, with the long end of the curve outperforming. On the day, the Russia 47 added 1.3 pp to 94.1% (YTM 5.7%, Z-spread 264 bps). Meanwhile, the Russia 27 gained 0.2 pp to 95.9% (YTM 4.8%, Z-spread 181 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading in the OFZ market was again light yesterday, with lower than average volumes. On the day, yields declined only slightly, the exception being issues maturing in less than three years, whose yields rose as much as 6 bps. The floating-rate OFZ 24019 and OFZ 29011 lost 12.5 bps and 7 bps in price.
