CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe pressure on Russian sovereign issues eased yesterday, and quotes moved higher. The long end saw the biggest growth (up 1.0-1.2 pp). The Russia 47 climbed 1.2 pp to 94.1% (YTM 5.7%, Z-spread 268 bps), while the Russia 28 advanced 0.5 pp to 161.4% (YTM 4.9%, Z-spread 196 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was well bid yesterday, mainly from local accounts, after the significant selloff that had been seen since the end of last week. Turnover surpassed R60 bln. Yields fell 17 bps on average at the short end (up to 3y) and 11 bps further along the curve.
