CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds had a very restrained session yesterday. Activity was well below average. The Russia 42 (+0.2 pp) and Russia 47 (-0.3 pp) were the sole movers.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed 3-4 bps yesterday amid a weakening ruble and investor reluctance to pick up OFZs at current levels before the year-end. Nonresidents were the main sellers.
