CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian Eurobonds were able to recover somewhat yesterday amid the generally positive global backdrop. Also helping was the fact that the situation in Belarus did not escalate over the weekend. The Russia 47 climbed 0.5 pp to 138.8%, while the Russia 43 rose 0.3 pp to 143.9%.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe absence of negative developments in Russia and Belarus helped OFZ yields to ease 5-8 bps in the belly and 4-5 bps further along the curve yesterday.
