CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe CIS Eurobond market was inactive due to the US holiday. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields dropped 10-11 bps yesterday, paring back some of what seems to have been an excessive selloff in recent days. An addition to a stronger ruble and improvement in the news backdrop, another catalyst was comments by the CBR's Ksenia Yudaeva, who said that a slowdown in inflation is being seen in November relative to October.
