Интер РАО - Закрываем торговую идею

Мы открыли рекомендацию покупать бумаги Интер РАО, ожидая выхода сильных результатов за 2К19 и считая текущие ценовые уровни привлекательной точкой входа. Поскольку ожидавшиеся нами триггеры материализовались, мы закрываем торговую идею, несмотря на ее низкую результативность (минус 2,5% в долларовом выражении против минус 2,3% у индекса РТС). Мы объясняем отставание риском статус-кво. По словам менеджмента, новая стратегия должна быть утверждена в мае 2020 года. Как правило, ГОСА компании проходит в мае - июне, а рекомендация совета директоров относительно выплаты дивидендов становится известна в марте - апреле. Это может означать, что любое обновление дивидендной политики вступит в силу не ранее 2021 года.
