MARKET COMMENT - OPEC+ IN FOCUS WHILE US/CHINA AND UK/EU SAGAS ALSO IN HEADLINESMarkets were overall cautious yesterday, the MSCI Europe and EM indexes declining 1.1-1.2%. Russia fared better than most, the RTS edging down 0.2% to 1,153. Brent was all over the map, while today the OPEC meeting will be the obvious focus for Russian and oil markets.
