CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond prices were retreating on Friday in light of the 17 bp surge in the US 10y yield the previous day. However, by Friday evening Treasuries had made a U-turn, which helped Russian Eurobonds recover a part of their losses. For the day, long-dated issues closed just 0.4-0.5 pp lower. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe strong ruble saw OFZ yields retreat 2-4 bps on Friday. Nonresidents were picking up paper at the long end, but not in any large volumes.
