MARKET COMMENT - MILD GAINS ACROSS THE BOARD AMID ECB EASING, POTENTIAL US-CHINA DEALThe MSCI EM and the RTS (1,361) each gained 0.5% yesterday. EM currencies were generally gaining on the dollar, as was the euro, amid the ECB cutting its deposit rate and returning to asset purchases. APAC and other indicators are mostly positive this morning, helped in part by news that the US may offer China an interim deal to resolve some of their disagreements on trade.
