The Russia 27 climbed 0.4 pp to 96.3% (YTM 4.8%, Z-spread 167 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was boosted yesterday by the strengthening ruble, which began to firm at the start of the week. Yields declined 1-4 bps along the curve on below-average volumes.
