MARKET COMMENT - CBR CUT; US PAYROLLS SLUGGISH; HEAVY BANK AND ENERGY CALENDAR THIS WEEKThe RTS edged up 0.2% on Friday to 1,341, buoyed by the ruble gaining 0.5% between the CBR decision and Moscow's Friday close. The MSCI EM gained 0.5%. A somewhat weak US payrolls report suggested US economic growth is slowing but not sharply. Brent is at its highest level since July, news flow is positive for Russian/Ukrainian relations and the morning market backdrop leans positive.
