CIS EUROBOND MARKETUS Treasury yields were in decline for most of yesterday's trading session, allowing the long end of the Russian sovereign curve to post moderate gains - the Russia 43 and Russia 47 added 0.4 pp apiece. Following the ECB meeting, investors' focus turned to the euro-denominated issues, which closed 0.2 pp higher. GOVERNMENT DEBTAhead of today's CBR meeting, trading activity in OFZs fell sharply yesterday, with turnover coming in at just R9 bln, which is only about a quarter of the normal level in recent weeks.
