CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign Eurobond market witnessed substantial volatility yesterday, and volumes rose sharply. Quotes tracked movements in US Treasuries, advancing in the morning but pulling back somewhat in the afternoon. The Russia 42 and 35 outperformed, adding 0.6 pp apiece.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs moved in tandem with EM peers yesterday. Yields closed 2-6 bps lower among maturities up to 5y. Local accounts dominated trading, though nonresident bids appeared at the long end.
