CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes continued to retreat on Friday despite another sharp decline in US Treasury yields. The Russia 42 (-0.4 pp) fared the worst. Activity was below average.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ trading was muted prior to the CBR rate decision. Yields then dropped 1-4 bps after the bank announced a 25 bp cut. However, global sentiment deteriorated later, and OFZ yields started climbing and ended 2-4 bps higher on the day.
