CIS EUROBOND MARKETSome positive signs emerged from the Normandy-format talks on Wednesday, which improved sentiment toward the region yesterday, allowing prices on Russia's sovereign Eurobonds to rebound. Long-dated issues led the way with gains of 2.0-2.3 pp, while medium-dated issues added 0.8-1.0 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday brought relief for all Russian assets, including OFZs. The curve shifted down 20-30 bps in yield on the day, outperforming the rest of the EM local debt universe.
