CIS EUROBOND MARKETVolumes were below average on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market yesterday, and quotes ended little changed.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields declined yesterday morning as the ruble strengthened, and the results of the auctions in the afternoon drove volumes higher and intensified the yield decline. By the close, yields were down 2-3 bps at the short and long ends and 4-7 bps lower in the belly.
