MARKET COMMENT - WEAKNESS IN US AND OIL MARKETS SETS A NEGATIVE BACKDROP TODAYMarkets saw slight declines yesterday until a weak US session saw the S&P 500 dive to its lowest level since October 2017. The MSCI ACWI fell 1.3%, while the RTS slipped 0.3% to 1,113.
