MARKET COMMENTThe RTS and MSCI ACWI fell 1.5% and 0.4% yesterday, respectively. This morning, markets are digesting US plans to put tariffs on another $200 bln of Chinese imports, and initial Chinese remarks that the country will retaliate in kind. Risk aversion is dominating global markets as a result. Meanwhile, scheduled events include remarks by a wide range of prominent central bankers.
