Yandex's results came in strong across the board, beating the consensus by 1% on revenues and 2% on EBITDA. CEO and founder Arkady Volozh confirmed his commitment to the company and to finding a solution for the capital structure that would support the interests of all stakeholders. He also reiterated the importance of ensuring that shareholders' economic interests are not diluted.
