We are positive into BILI’s 2Q21 as user engagement and interaction level reached a new high. On the one hand, BILI continues to gain users via its comprehensive content offerings: UGC, game, live streaming as well as in-house professionally produced content. On the other hand, the company hosted events in April, June, and July to acquire new users and further increase the level of interaction between users. Based on our data and model, we believe BILI’s revenue in 2Q21E is likely to reach the high end of its guidance range of RMB4,250M – RMB4,350M.
