VIPS will report 4Q20 results on February 25th before the markets open with a 7:30am conference call. We are positive into Vipshop’s 4Q20 performance and January 2021. One of the major tasks for VIPS in 2020 was to acquire new users. On that front, VIPS sponsored the most relevant TV shows, while utilizing its MINI APP on WeChat (Figure 2). We believe both are effective. In addition to the user growth, we believe the average SKU listing price is likely to be higher at RMB254, up from RMB222 in 3Q20.
