Koito Manufacturing and its affiliates are mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive lighting equipment, aircraft components, electric equipment and other products. Co.'s automotive lighting and accessories include light-emitting diode (LED) headlights, discharge headlights, halogen headlights, fog lights, turn signal lights and other lighting products. Co.'s aircraft lighting and other equipment include interior and exterior lights, electrical equipment and hydraulic equipment. Co.'s other principal products include electrical components for railroad cars, LED marine lamps, traffic control systems, road and tunnel lighting equipment and seats for aircraft and railroad cars.

Mazda Motor and its affiliates are mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of passenger and commercial vehicles. Co. provides compact vehicles, sports cars, sedans, mini vans, light cars, commercial vehicles, welfare vehicles and customized vehicles, as well as car accessories. Co.'s principal products are four-wheeled vehicles, gasoline reciprocating engines, diesel engines, and automatic and manual transmissions for vehicles. Co.'s principal brand automobiles include Demio, Axela, Atenza, CX-3, CX-5, CX-8, Roadster, Carol, Flair, Flair Wagon, Scrum Wagon, Bongo, Titan, Familia Van, and Scrum Van/Truck.

NSK is a manufacturer of bearing products. Along with its affiliates, Co. operates in two business segments. The Industrial Machinery segment manufactures and sells industrial machinery bearings, such as standard ball bearings and general industrial bearings; and precision machinery and parts, such as ball screws, linear guides, XY tables and mega-torque motors. The Automotive segment manufactures and sells hub unit bearings, needle roller bearings, steering systems, electric power steering systems and automatic transmission ("AT") components. In addition, Co. is engaged in the manufacture and sale of steel balls, machinery facilities and exposure apparatus for liquid crystal color filter.

NTN is engaged in the manufacture and sale of mechanical parts and equipment, such as bearings, constant velocity joints and precision equipment. Co.'s principal products are ball bearings, roller bearings, axle bearings, bearing units, large bearings, precision bearings, fluid dynamic bearings, sliding bearings and other bearings; automotive CVJs (for half shafts, propeller shafts, and steering shafts) and CVJs for industrial machinery; and LCD repair devices, PDP rib barrier defect repair system, parts feeders, XY tables, magnetic-bearing spindles, auto-tensioners, engineering plastics parts, machines, apparatus and others. Co. also provides maintenance and technical services.
