6PM Call: Ministry of Industry and Trade Announces Offer Price of SAB - Update on FPT, VNR
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced the offer price of Sabeco’s (SAB) share at VND320,000 (US$14.1) each for the auction on December 18. This is the final decision after consulting three alternatives:
(1) The average closing price of 30 sessions before the price announcement date – VND281,500/share;
(2) The highest price by the consultant – VND184,700/share; and
(3) The closing price before price announcement date – VND320,000/share.
