First quarter 2025 sales Solid in the Storm Like-for-like growth of +3.5%   Sales: 11.73 billion euros, +4.4% reported and +3.5% like-for-like[1]. Sales growth benefited from the phasing related to the 2024 and 2025 IT transformation with a positive net impact of 100 million euro. The Group moderately outperformed the global beauty market.
