We reiterate our HOLD rating on Ontex but lower our target price from €7.1 to €5.4 on the back of the group's third profit warning in two years. We expect the babycare segment of the market to remain challenging over the medium term, with branded players like P&G and Kimberly-Clark competing heavily on prices.
