EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS’i aktsia puhasväärtus seisuga 28.02.2025 EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS teenis veebruaris 2 566 tuhat eurot konsolideeritud üüritulu, mis on 9 tuhat eurot rohkem kui jaanuaris. Üüritulu kasvas peamiselt seoses Ermi hooldekodu üüritulu kvartaalse kasvuga. Ermi hooldekodu üüritulu hakkab kogumahus laekuma alates käesoleva aasta augustist. Fondi eelmise aasta sügisel soetatud ICONFIT tootmis- ja laohoone valmib 2025.a aprillis, misjärel kasvab fondi kuine üüritulu pea 40 tuhande euro võrra.
